We DO NOT offer refunds for items purchased, but we'll be happy to give you a store credit if your return meets the criteria listed below.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must file a claim with the post office.

 

Online Orders

  • You must contact us at info@mallybsboutique.com within 3 business days of receiving your item(s).
  • Return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility. If exchanging an item, customer is responsible for shipping to and from Mally B's Boutique.
  • Eligible items must be returned within 14 days from the original delivery date in order to obtain a store credit.
  • Package must contain original invoice with reason for return written on the invoice.
  • The item must have original tags attached and must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of stains, pet hair, and odors. We have the right to deny a return based on its condition.
  • Jewelry, clearance items, and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
  • PLEASE NOTE: packages that are not received by the 14-day deadline will be returned to you at your expense.

In-Store Purchases

  • Items must be returned with original receipt within 14 days of purchase.
  • We DO NOT offer refunds, but we will be happy to issue store credit in the amount of the return, as long as the item meets our return criteria.
  • The item must have original tags attached and must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of stains, pet hair, and odors. We have the right to deny a return based on its condition.
  • Jewelry, clearance items, and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Review the Return Policy above.
  • Contact us at info@mallybsboutique.com to let us know you will be returning an item.
  • Send your package to us using the shipping carrier of your choice. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Once we receive your package, please allow up to five business days for processing. We will send you an email notification once your return is processed.
EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for items of the same kind IF the item is still in stock. If the item is not in stock, we will issue you store credit via email.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
In the rare occasion of you receiving defective merchandise, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your item(s).
