LOCAL PICKUP
—> Local pickup is not available at this time! Due to me being in the final weeks of pregnancy, my doctor has me on some tight restrictions so I will not be able to drop off orders for the next couple of months (following the birth of our baby boy & other medical reasons). I will be happy to ship your order for you! Just take a look at the next section for more information!
 
SHIPPING
—> Shipping cost depends on the weight of your package and your shipping address! It can be anywhere from $3 - $8. I ship First Class Package or Priority Mail. Orders placed Monday thru Thursday will be shipped on the same or next day. Orders placed Friday thru Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

—> Mally B’s Boutique is not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must file a claim with the post office.

EXCHANGES
—> Exchanges will be only accepted for items of the same style for a different size, if available, or for damaged items. If the item you’re exchanging is not available at time of return, store credit will be issued. ALL returns will be given in the form of store credit. No credit/debit card, cash, or PayPal refunds will be given. I have the right to deny an exchange based on its condition.

—> In the rare occasion that you receive a damaged item, please let me know within 2 days of receiving your item. I inspect all items prior to packaging them, but occasionally there may be flaws that occur during the manufacturing process that could be overlooked. Please accept my apologies if this happens to you, as this is something I try my best to avoid.

—> Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please contact me before making a return. If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered to me but you have not heard from me within 2 business days, please contact me. If I did not receive your return, you must file a claim with the post office. Store credit will not be issued for items I do not receive.
